WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Lucky Bastards gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All credit card information is NOT maintained for any reason to protect all customers.


HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).


DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

RETURN POLICY

• Please email us at [email protected] and let us know the issue with the product.

• You must reference your original invoice number.

• All returns must be returned within 21 days of original purchase date for refund.

• Sale item returns will not be accepted.

• All returned items must be unused, unwashed with original tags attached and include original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Lucky Bastards will not accept COD returned items.

• For your protection, we suggest returning your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS 

We HIGHLY suggest that you machine wash the tees inside-out in cold water, and do not use bleach! This will help to preserve the designs. Be sure to wash dark colors separately. Also, do not iron over the designs. We also suggest to not have the shirt dry cleaned because solvents are often used that may be harmful to the print. Hang dry or tumble dry on a low setting.
